Wayne has edited many styles and genres of TV, film, and video projects over his 30+ year career including 19 seasons of the popular Chicago restaurant review show Check, Please!  for which he earned an Emmy award, web documentary series Firsthand along with numerous web exclusives for WTTW Chicago, three seasons of the nationally-syndicated travel series Islands without Cars, and the 2021 feature film Rain Beau’s End guest starring Ed Asner and Sean Young.

Wayne has also taught editing and production classes for over 25 years in the Cinema and Television Arts department of Columbia College Chicago.
